Welcome to Ryan’s Crafting! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use ryanscrafting.shop (the “Site”) and any digital or physical products, files, or services (collectively, “Products”) you buy or download from us. By using our Site or ordering our Products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Definitions
Ryan’s Crafting, “we,” “us,” or “our” means the owner of this Site.
“You” or “Customer” means anyone who visits the Site, places an order, or downloads Products.
Digital Products are downloadable items like printables, Canva templates, worksheets, or illustrations.
Printed Products are physical items such as tracing pads, journals, party favors, and other printed goods.
2. Eligibility
You need to be at least 18 years old—or have permission from a parent/guardian—to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm you meet this.
3. Ordering and Payment
All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱), unless we say otherwise. Payments are securely processed on checkout. We don’t store your payment details. Orders are confirmed once payment goes through. We may cancel or refuse orders if there are payment issues, stock problems, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
After payment, you’ll get a download link on the confirmation page and via email. Can’t find it after 30 minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Email us at ryanscrafting@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Shipping of Printed Products
Shipping Address: Make sure it’s correct. Wrong info may cause delays or lost packages.
Processing Time: 3–7 business days after payment.
Shipping Fees: Based on your location and courier choice.
Courier Options: You can order through Shopee or TikTok Shop if you want to use vouchers or save on shipping.
Tracking: We’ll give you a tracking number once your order ships.
Nationwide Delivery: We ship anywhere in the Philippines using trusted couriers.
6. License and Use
Digital Products – Allowed:
Personal use
Customize templates to make physical items for your business
Sell printed versions of templates or illustrations
Digital Products – Not Allowed:
Resell or share digital files
Upload designs to other platforms or marketplaces
Claim our work as your own
Sell or license digital copies
Printed Products – Allowed:
Personal use, teaching, gifting, or reselling (with prior agreement)
Printed Products – Not Allowed:
Scan or digitize to resell
Recreate or sell as digital products
Breaking these rules could result in revoked access or legal action.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products: Final sale, no refunds. If there’s a technical problem, contact us within 7 days.
Printed Products: Made-to-order items can’t be returned. Damaged items? Send a clear photo within 7 days—we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations: Digital products can’t be canceled once sent. Printed orders can only be canceled before production. Contact us ASAP if needed.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, text, and illustrations belong to Ryan’s Crafting. Buying a product doesn’t give you rights to resell digital content.
9. Be Cool
You agree not to:
Break laws while using our Site or Products
Copy, share, or reverse-engineer our content
Claim our designs as your own
Mess with the Site’s features or security
10. Liability
We’re not responsible for indirect, accidental, or special damages from using our Site or Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Updates are on this page. By continuing to use the Site, you accept them.
12. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of the Philippines. Any legal matters will be handled in courts in Bulacan, Philippines.
