At Ryan’s Crafting, we want you to get your digital and printed products with care and accuracy. Please read this policy before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because they’re delivered instantly.
Before buying, please check the product details carefully.
If you have an issue with your file (like it’s corrupted or the wrong one), contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you fix it.
2. Printed Products
Most of our printed items are made-to-order or personalized, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if it applies.
3. Order Cancellations
Digital Products: Once files are sent, cancellations are not possible.
Printed Products: Cancellations may be possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible to check if your order can still be canceled.
